Pre-fabricated bumpers

This was a pre-fabricated bumper for a Jeep YJ that a customer brought to us. It was then all fitted up and mig-welded, and came out very nicely

Suspension links

A customer came to us with several different lengths of tube he wanted for the links on his jeep suspension and some bungs. We cut the tubes to length and Tig-welded the bungs. We also welded axle trusses and link mounts front and rear. He later rolled the jeep on the side and sent us the awesome photo!

Various dissimilar metals

This was an axle tube on a Ford F-350 axle. These are interesting because the tube is regular mild steel, and the housing on the right side of the image is cast iron. Cast iron requires a unique welding process and technique to ensure that the welds do not fail or crack.
